From Bo's article published in Home Power Magazine #36, It got some nice letters but no one to my knowledge has reportedly tried it. The weirdest thing was when some hot-head kooks flying a big plane flew over this house at very low altitude,(back in the 80's) and zapped us with intense radar or something. It actually zapped holes through the black solar tubing and sprung more than a dozen, fine- spray leaks. If this coil and our dome was of so much interest to the plane's owner or operators, why then could they not politely ask to see it? I work hard to share the fruits of my labor, they did not need to zap it.  They probably didn't like the Tesla coil configuration of my solar collectors. This coil variation (US Patent 512,340) was chosen for it's very flat profile.
